Growing up in Costa Rica’s Heredia province, Odalier remembers running past coffee trees on my way to school or when he played with his siblings and cousins. Coffee has been a part of his life for as long as he can remember. Through businesses like the ones Root Capital works with, this crop can create opportunities for so many people; he's glad that he can help support this sector through his work. At Root Capital, he's in charge of maintaining a healthy lending portfolio across Mexico and Central America, accompanying our loan officers in structuring, approving, and monitoring active loans.
